Sort to summon

Pour a potion. Summon an army.

The colour-sort puzzle you already love, turned into a real-time 1v1 battle. Pour drops from bottle to bottle, cork a potion of one colour, throw it on the arena and a creature bursts out. Pop their Alembics before they pop yours.

How to play

Pour. Cork. Throw.

Your shelf of bottles sits under the arena, and drops of four colours drip in from the funnel. Sort them: every bottle you fill with one colour becomes a potion, and every colour summons the card on its slot of your hand.

  1. Pour

Tap a bottle, then another: the top colour pours over, onto the same colour or into an empty bottle. White Aether drops turn into any colour.

  2. Cork

A bottle full of one colour corks itself with a pop. A corked potion is sealed: nothing gets in, not even a hex.

  3. Throw

Drag the potion onto your half of the arena. The bottle smashes and the card on that colour's slot bursts out: a jelly knight, a swarm of bubbles, a glass dragon.

Try it here against Grumblepot, the Adventure's first boss: tap a bottle, then another to pour. Fill one with a single colour, then tap the corked potion to throw it.

Attack their towers. Or their puzzle.

  • Alembics and a Great Cauldron

Each side has two glass Alembics (a star each) and a Great Cauldron (three stars and the win). Most stars after 2:30 wins; a tie goes to sudden death.

  • Hex their shelf

Sludge, Frost, Siphon and Tremor Salts fly to your rival's shelf: grey sludge on their bottles, frozen bottles, stolen drops, a spilled stack. Corked potions are safe, so seal yours in time.

  • The rush

The funnel drips a drop every 2.4 seconds, twice as fast in the last minute. Let your drip flask fill up and the funnel stalls: every lost drop is a lost creature.

  • Read their shelf

Your rival's shelf is on screen too, with the card each of their colours would summon. Plan around their sealed potions, and remember they can read yours.

Cards

Forty cards, one idea each

Build a deck of eight and play from a hand of four, each slot bound to a colour. Creatures, buildings, spells, hexes for their shelf and potions for your own. A card costs 2 to 6 drops: a potion holds four, so the big ones need two. Level them up to 10 with copies and coins.

Questions

Good to know

Is Pourmancer free?

Yes. Every card, lab and level can be earned by playing. Reward flasks are never sold and nothing random is for sale. The apps show optional reward videos and now and then an ad between two battles (never during one), and sell cosmetics, coin bags and the Brew Pass.

How long is a battle?

Two and a half minutes, plus up to a minute of sudden death on a tie. Topple their Great Cauldron and it is over at once.

Do I have to be fast at sorting?

It helps, but it is not everything. Which colour you finish first, when you throw, where your creature lands and when you hex their shelf matter just as much. A guided first battle teaches it all in about a minute and a half, and the first rivals go easy on you.

Which devices can I play on?

Any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer: tap Play now. The Android and iPhone apps are on their way; see the store buttons at the top of this page.

Can I play against real people?

Yes. Online opens after your first eight wins: Quick match finds a real player near your rating, and Play a friend uses a room code. Computer opponents always carry an AI tag; real players carry a LIVE tag.

Do I need an account?

No. Your progress stays on your device. The first time you play online, the game makes a guest account: no email, no password, and a name picked from fixed word lists.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Battles against the computer, the Adventure, the brew puzzles and the daily things all work without a connection. Online duels and the leaderboards need one.

Is it gentle enough for younger players?

The look is: knocked-out creatures pop into bubbles and nothing gets hurt. The game is meant for players aged 13 and up; players under 16 cannot make purchases and only see ads that are not personalised.

How do I delete my data?

In the game, Settings > Online account > Delete my online account removes your account from the server at once. Uninstalling the app or clearing the site's data removes everything on your device. The privacy policy explains what is stored.
